Additional information
- All services are available both in person at the clinic and online via secure video consultation.
- The same fees apply to both in-person and online appointments.
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the service fee in accordance with the current price list.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if the client fails to attend without prior notice, the full service fee (100%) will be charged in accordance with the current price list.
Health Insurance
Our services may be reimbursed by a range of private health insurance providers, depending on your insurance policy and coverage.
Please note that our clinic is not a contracted provider for the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa). Clients are therefore responsible for payment of services unless reimbursement is available through their private health insurance.
Victim Support (Estonian Social Insurance Board)
We provide services through Estonia’s Victim Support programme, enabling eligible clients to access counselling and psychological support funded by the service.
