Brigitta has earned a master’s degree in psychology from Tallinn University, specializing in counselling psychology. In addition to her university studies, she has completed introductory training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and family therapy, as well as a course in motivational interviewing. Brigitta considers continuous professional development highly important and participates in various seminars and training programmes every year to further enhance her knowledge and skills.
In her daily work, she focuses on individual counselling and psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, as well as the assessment of various mental health conditions. As a therapeutic approach, Brigitta primarily uses the principles and techniques of cognitive behavioural therapy.
