Elisabeth Krabi

Mental Health Nurse

Elisabeth graduated in Midwifery from Tallinn Health Care College and later completed a one-year postgraduate programme in mental health nursing. She also holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with a specialisation in Mental Health Nursing. In addition, she has completed foundational and advanced practical training in family therapy.

In recent years, Elisabeth has been providing independent consultations, with a particular clinical interest in alcohol use disorders and mood disorders.

She is actively involved in advancing the nursing profession in Estonia as Vice Chair of the Mental Health Nursing Society within the Estonian Nurses Association. Elisabeth has also delivered educational programmes on adolescent reproductive health and alcohol use disorders.

In addition, Elisabeth was a member of the Psychological First Aid Team at North Estonia Medical Centre, where she was prepared to respond to major incidents and provide psychological support during mental health crises. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she also supported colleagues through challenging circumstances and, alongside her regular clinical work, volunteered on the hospital’s crisis helpline.
