She has also undertaken further training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), is currently training as a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and is a certified sleep specialist accredited by the European Sleep Research Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her main clinical interests include sleep disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, stress, and burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr K\u00f5ljalg-Vahter is a member of the Estonian Psychiatric Association, the Estonian Junior Doctors\u2019 Association, and serves on the board of the Estonian Sleep Medicine Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She provides psychiatric consultations for adolescents and adults in Estonian and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Magda K\u00f5ljalg-Vahter&nbsp;graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tartu and completed her residency in psychiatry with a subspecialty in child and adolescent psychiatry.
