My clinical experience has primarily involved working with adults in a variety of settings, including a psychiatric clinic, private practices, a school, and a correctional facility. I currently also work at a fertility clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have completed full training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as introductory training in Schema Therapy and Family Therapy. I am currently training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and have completed additional professional training, including motivational interviewing. Alongside psychological assessment and psychotherapy, I am also involved in teaching and professional supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My greatest professional passion is reproductive psychology, supporting mental health throughout family planning, pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and the transition to parenthood. In recent years, I have focused much of my continuing education on this field, which has also led me to dedicate more of my practice to working with couples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a member of the Estonian Association of Clinical Psychologists, the Estonian Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy, the Estonian Sexual Health Association, and the Estonian Society for Fertility Treatment and Embryology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, having earned my degree from the University of Tartu.
